Our community offers assisted/senior living and memory care. In fact, our assisted living apartments are among the largest and most affordable on the Seacoast for this type of community. These apartments are bright, spacious and have full kitchens. We also have studio suites with private baths that are a perfect choice for someone requiring more clinical supervision. Our 24-bed secured memory care community is recognized by the Alzheimer’s Association® for incorporating evidence-based Dementia Care Practice Recommendations in the following topic areas: Alzheimer’s and dementia, person-centered care, assessment and care planning, activities of daily living, and behaviors and communication.

If needed, our 24-hour a day licensed nurses assist with medication administration/management and oversight of medical conditions. Our in-house Powerback Rehabilitation therapy services include onsite physical, occupational and speech therapies. Visiting providers include Primary Care Physicians and doctors to assist our residents with podiatry, dermatology and geriatric psychiatry. 

Langdon Place of Exeter has a robust recreational program to meet the needs of our active and social residents. Our in-house Powerback therapists make it their focus to help our residents maintain their highest level of independence with daily exercise classes and even pool therapy in our heated therapeutic indoor pool. Our pool and Jacuzzi are available for our residents’ families to use as well.
